Privacy Policy

JADEVA (“we”, “us”) runs jadeva.shop, a catalog site. We do not sell products on this site: every “Buy on Amazon” button takes you to Amazon.com, where Amazon’s own privacy notice and terms apply.

What we collect

  • Click data. When you click a Buy button we record the product, the traffic source (for example “meta” or “email”), a hashed browser identifier, country, and time. We use it to measure which pages send people to Amazon. It is not linked to your name.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies. When enabled, we use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Pinterest Tag and TikTok Pixel to measure visits and to show ads to people who visited this site. These providers may set cookies and receive your IP address and page URL. See “Your choices” to opt out.
  • Email signup. If you subscribe, we store your email address with our email provider (Brevo) to send you the newsletter and coupons. Unsubscribe with the link in any email.
  • Contact form. Name, email and your message, kept to answer you.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent) for security.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell your personal information for money.
  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. This site is for parents and adults. If you believe a child has sent us data, email us and we will delete it.
  • We do not receive your Amazon order details. Amazon shares only aggregated attribution statistics with us.

Your choices

  • Browser “Global Privacy Control” signals are honored: with GPC on, we do not load advertising pixels or log your clicks.
  • California residents: see our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page for opt-out rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct.
  • EU/UK visitors: we rely on consent for advertising cookies and on legitimate interest for security logs. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time.
  • To exercise any right, email privacy@jadeva.shop. We answer within 30 days.

Retention

Click data: 24 months. Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Contact messages: 12 months. Analytics providers keep data per their own policies.

For visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland

  • Controller. JADEVA, a brand operated by its owner, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (registration details and postal address available on request at hello@jadeva.shop). Contact: hello@jadeva.shop. We are not established in the EU; if we target EU residents at scale we will appoint an EU representative under Art. 27 GDPR and name them here.
  • Legal bases. Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics and advertising cookies and for email marketing; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security logs, fraud prevention and measuring clicks to Amazon in aggregate; contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) for answering your messages.
  • Transfers. Our providers (Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Hostinger) may process data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. Brevo processes email data in the EU.
  • Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal). You may complain to your local supervisory authority; for the UK, the ICO.
  • Retention. As listed above. Consent choice: 180 days.
  • No automated decisions with legal effect are made about you.
